Patricia took over Newburyport Framers in 2018 and has not looked back. After 19 years home raising her family she found the shop to be the perfect place for her skill set to come together. Patricia’s background is varied, including art school, house flipping, mural work, and teaching yoga.

The culture of the shop is of the utmost importance to her. Nurturing a growth mindset and creative collaboration, she feels, “working as a team, we are putting our best foot forward. Not only are we proud of the work we do, but we like doing it and we all support one another. When people feel supported, their creativity has room to breathe.”

Patricia is a mother of 3, wife, painter and wellness teacher, She finds balance not only practicing, but teaching Body & Brain yoga. She loves spending time with her three daughters, her husband of over 30 years, and her beloved dog, Salty.

Patricia’s strongest art influence is Timothy Hawkesworth.
